so, it's sunday afternoon in paris, one eye and his friend are coming back home after a long day outdoors, and in the metro station we see a huge poster advertising an exhibition at the institut du monde arabe about palestinian art.

my friend insisted to go there because she wanted to relax after this long day. she saw a fainted smile on my face and asked the reason of this smile. I tried to explain to her that the words relax and Palestine don't fit in one sentence. She laughed, and mocked my ignorance: how can art be but relaxing?

so, here we are. changing the metro line and heading to the institut du monde arabe.

after 1 hour moving between the exhibits, my friend went out with tears in her eyes and said she wants to watch a funny DVD.

don't question one eye's wisdom.

Actually you deserve such a parliament!!!

The Lebanese taxpayer, yes, we are taxpayers, pay the salaries of these jokers. Do you know that each MP get paid around LL 10,000,000 each month to go the parliament and be a joke and elect Farid Al Atrash, Ziad Al Rahbani, or Sabri Hmede for the posts of Speaker, or Deputy Speaker.

On the other hand, I saw Robert Fadel, Tripoli's MP on LBC yesterday, I didn’t see it all, I just came across it while I was surfing the channels. The dude is boring. Really, he is.

He was talking about microcredit, I did not catch it from the beginning to know what he was saying about it, but he was stressing how important microcredit is to help the poor, and as a proof, he mentioned that one of the pioneers of this field, an Indian guy, received the prestigious Nobel prize as a reward for his work in microcredit.

Our honorable MP is either stupid, or racist. The guy who received the Nobel Prize for his work in Microfinance or microcredit is from Bangladesh, not India. Unless Mr. Fadel thinks that every "brown" person is Indian.

But Mr. Fadel's millions make him cute, right?

Seriously, mabrook such a parliament.

مشروع نائب المتن سامي الجميل قرفان. و السبب الوحيد: المقاومة!!

الشيخ سامي يعتقد أن إسرائيل كانت نعم الجار ، الجار الذي يتمنى الجميع لو أن الله وضعه على حدودهم.

الشيخ سامي يقول أن إسرائيل من العام 1948 إلى 1969 لم تعتدي على لبنان " وقد تغير المعادلة منذ فتحت الجبهة في الجنوب عام 1969، عندما قرر البعض أن يتخذ من لبنان منصة صواريخ ضد إسرائيل، وقد بدأت الويلات منذ ذلك التاريخ"

الشيخ سامي يقول أن لبنان إعتدى على إسرائيل عام 1969 و منذ ذلك الوقت و إسرائيل تدافع عن نفسها.

Yes, he won't torch books anymore.

Wait. Wait.

Little correction. BookBurnner apologized for what he said about burning Israeli books only. He still strongly believes in burning all other books.

He will stop burning Israeli books only, your books, especially if they upset the Master Mummy will be burned, and why not, he might barbequed the authors too.

So, The Master Mummy was able to convince the sweet and gentle BeBe to accept the nomination of Mr. BookBurner to the post of Secretary General of the UNESCO. And since we all know about the negotiating and convincing skills of Master Mummy, we can understand how fast BeBe approved to support, or at least stopped objecting the nomination of BookBurner to this post.

But, as usual, One Eye has a different version of the story. Master Mummy showed BeBe footage of Mr. BookBurner in full combat gear, bombing, burning, and destroying singlehandedly 3 tunnels on Gaza border. One of these tunnels had 3 trucks load of school books and stationary. The footage showed how ecstatic Mr. BookBurner was then. His ecstatic mood was immediately digitally transmitted to Mr. Master Mummy and BeBe. Some sources even declared, on condition of annonyminty, that they saw tears in BeBe's eyes when he left the screening room, although BeBe tried to deny it and said it was due to malicious Arabic or Persian sand in the air.

Congratulations, O Arab Nation. You will have a new voice supporting your causes on the international scene with the same strength like Mr. Baradhei in IAEA did.

أنا لا احب سماحة الشيخ الدكتور محمد رشيد راغب قباني مفتي الجمهورية اللبنانية (أولاً).

نعم ، لا أحب هذا الرجل.

لا يوجد سبب طائفي ، مذهبي ، فقهي ، او خلاف شخصي بين سماحته و بيني. كل ما هنالك أني لم أستلطفه منذ أن ظهر على الساحة علناً خلفاً للمفتي الشهيد حسن خالد. و السبب هو بإعتقادي أن سماحته لا يتمتع بالجاذبية (الكاريزما) التي يجب يتمتع بها من يتبوأ أي من المناصب الكثيرة في لبنان ، من أعلى المناصب نزولاً حتى لو كان منصب شبيح زاروب ، مروراً بمناصب رجال الدين من مختلف الملل و النحل و الطوائف و المذاهب.

بغض النظر عن شعوري الشخصي نحو سماحته ، لا يمكني إلا أن أقر له بأنه يستحق أجره (الدنيوي ) فهو كموظف يقوم بواجب الدفاع عن رئيسه المباشر خير دفاع. إذ أنه لا يستطيع أحدهم أن يعطس بإتجاه السراي دون أن يتنطح سماحته و يؤنب (بدل أن يشمت) العاطس و يذكره بأن المسلمون السنة، قد ضاقوا ذرعاً بالتجاوزات والانتهاكات. لكن سماحته لم يسمع التسجيل المهرب للنائب وليد جنبلاط. هذا التسجيل الذي هز لبنان من الناقورة إلى النهر الكبير لم يسمع في دار الفتوى أو قريطم أو السراي. و لماذا يهتز سماحته؟ فساكن السراي لا يعنيه هجوم جنبلاط على أهل السنة ، و لا ساكن قريطم. لا يهمني هنا استهزاء جنبلاط بالقدرات القتالية للسنة ، و لكن ألا يعتقد سماحته أن هجوم وليد بك و تحريضه على أصحاب اللحى – حليقي الشوارب يستأهل و لو عتب بسيط؟ ألا يظن سماحنه أن هؤلاء من طائفته؟ ألا يظن سماحنه أن أصحاب اللحى – حليقي الشوارب من الناحية الشرعية (و على ما أظن أن الأمور الشرعية هي وظيفة المفتي في لبنان) أكثر سنية من فؤاد و سعد و غنوة؟

مقدمة الدستور

الفقرة ج - لبنان جمهورية ديمقراطية برلمانية، تقوم على احترام

الحريات العامة وفي طليعتها حرية الرأي والمعتقد، وعلى العدالة الاجتماعية والمساواة في الحقوق والواجبات بين جميع المواطنين دون تمايز أو تفضيل.

أما التعديل المقترح فهو زيادة كلمة واحدة لتصبح كالآتي:

الفقرة ج - لبنان جمهورية ديمقراطية برلمانية، تقوم على احترام الحريات العامة وفي طليعتها حرية الرأي والمعتقد، وعلى العدالة الاجتماعية والمساواة في الحقوق والواجبات و العمالة بين جميع المواطنين دون تمايز أو تفضيل.

قد يقول البعض أن هذا دفاعا عن العملاء، و أنا أقول نعم، دفاعاً عن العملاء.

إذ أنه لا يمكن في بلد العدالة الاجتماعية والمساواة في الحقوق والواجبات أن يصل عميلان إلى رئاسة الجمهورية ويصبح عملاء آخرون وزراء و نواب و عفى الله عما مضى ، و من ثم تقوم الدولة بإعتقال المواطنين الآن بتهمة العمالة.

منذ متى أصبح الإتصال بالإسرائيلي جريمة يعاقب عليها القانون في لبنان؟ إذا كانت جريمة فماذا يفعل جوزيف ابو خليل خارج السجن؟

هل من العدل المطالبة بالإقتصاص من هؤلاء العملاء و إطلاق أسماء كميل شمعون و بيار الجميل (الجد) على الشوارع و المنشآت الرياضية؟
هل عمالة بشير الجميل و أمين الجميل حلال و عمالة أديب العلم و ناصر نادر حرام؟
هل لقاء زياد الحمصي نائب رئيس البلدية مع الإسرائيلي حرام و لقاء نديم الجميل مشروع النائب (و ربما أكثر – الله يستر) مع داليا رابين حلال؟ هل سئل إبن بشير و صولانج عن هذا اللقاء؟ اللقاء الذي وصفه الشيخ نديم بأنه يوم فريد في حياته لجلوسه مع الإسرائيلية داليا رابين.

هل يحق للدولة اللبنانية أن تحرم أحد مواطنيها من طموحه السياسي؟ ربما كان هذا الطموح هو ما دفع أديب العلم للتعامل مع الإسرائيلي. ربما كان لدى هذا المواطن حلم الوصول إلى رئاسة الجمهورية و إتخذ من الأخوين الجميل مثالاً له و قرر السير على خطاهما.

لذا، و لإحقاق العدالة، يجب على الدولة اللبنانية إما إطلاق سراح العملاء الجدد، و إعطاءهم فرصة تحقيق احلامهم السياسية إسوة بمن سبقهم من العملاء المبجلين ، أو البدء بمحاكمة كافة العملاء - الأموات قبل الأحياء منهم - و عند ذلك فقط يمكن ان يحترم أحدنا الأحكام التي ستصدر عن القضاء اللبناني.

و على سيرة القضاء اللبناني ، لو قام هذا القضاء بدوره فعلاً و حكم على العملاء الأحكام المناسبة بعد التحرير عام 2000 هل كنا رأينا العشرات من العملاء يظهرون (أكثر من البزاق بعد أول شتوة) كل يوم؟؟

و قديماً قيل من أمن العقاب، أساء الأدب.
